Good Friday Cross walks

 

A walk through the streets of Bath, following the Way of the Cross, using the crucifixion to focus on God’s presence.  We pause for a hymn, a reading and a reflection at each station.   The Cross Walks all meet in front of the West Door of Bath Abbey - the Abbey Church Yard.

 

The 2010 walks were wet !- the heaviest rain falling on the gathered people in front of the Abbey.. The enthusiasm of so many Christians was not dampened as we witnessed and gave thanks to God for sending His Son, Jesus Christ.
